Fidarsi are partnering with an established Wealth Manager based in West Sussex who are looking to recruit a HR Generalist on a part time basis of 3 days a week. Please only apply if you are happy with 21 hours a week.


The HR Generalist is responsible for a wide range of HR tasks to support the overall functioning of the HR department and the group. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The role serves as a key contact for employees and management, facilitating communication and addressing HR-related issues. The HR Generalist also creates and implements HR policies and initiatives, promoting employee engagement and fostering a supportive company culture.



Essential Skills / Qualifications:


  • Demonstrable hand-on experience of running HR processes.
  • A confident individual possessing a sound systematic and methodical approach to work.
  • Excellent Communicator, possessing the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and in all media types.
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR Policy and regulations
  • Strong administrative and organisation skills
  • Proficient IT Skills in the Microsoft suite, including Office 365 and SharePoint


Desirable Skills / Knowledge:


  • 1-year minimum recent experience in the human resources sector
  • Qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) are highly desirable
  • A basic knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services Industry.

  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as working effectively as part of a team; however, even more importantly is the willingness to adopt a flexible approach to the work undertaken.
  • Demonstrate commitment by regular attendance and efficient completion of all tasks allocated.
  • Carry out duties and responsibilities in compliance with health and safety policies and statutory regulations, with utmost confidentiality.
  • Maintain high standards of personal accountability.
  • Willingness to undertake training and progress personal development
