As a Strategic Alliance Manager at Earnix, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful collaborations between our company and our strategic alliance partners. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional relationship management skills. You will be responsible for understanding the intricacies of the Earnix system, its capabilities, and integration processes to effectively align partner capabilities with client needs.


What you’ll do:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with System Integrator partners (Sollers, Deloitte, Capgemini, Accenture, etc.) to ensure a deep understanding of their capabilities, offerings, and market focus.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Earnix system, its functionalities, and integration mechanisms to facilitate meaningful discussions with partners and clients.
  • Collaborate with partners to align their expertise with client requirements and negotiate mutually beneficial terms for partnerships and projects.
  • Work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver solutions that address clients' unique challenges, leveraging the combined strengths of our technology and partner offerings.
  • Oversee joint initiatives and projects, ensuring seamless coordination between Earnix, partners, and clients.
  • Continuously assess market trends, industry landscapes, and competitive dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and drive innovative strategies for growth.
  • Facilitate open and transparent communication between partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Effectively address challenges and roadblocks in partnership initiatives by leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.


You’ll do it using

  • Proven experience in managing and developing relationships with leading System Integrator partners, including Sollers, Deloitte, Capgemini, and Accenture, etc.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate the capabilities of the Earnix system.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines.
  • Deep understanding of financial analytics and their applications in the financial services industry.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate industry trends and identify partnership opportunities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate evolving partnership landscapes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
