This joint venture is building an agile Microsoft practice specializing in Intelligent Business Applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot solutions.


Position Overview: We are seeking an Alliance Sales Executive to drive revenue by promoting our client’s services to existing accounts. This role uniquely leverages relationships within the organization to co-sell, support, or independently manage sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Internal Partners: Work closely with internal partners to identify and strategize sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Sales Execution: Support, co-sell, or lead the closure of sales opportunities aligned with our client’s service offerings.
  • Supported by Solution Architects: Utilize the expertise of presales solution architects to shape solutions and assist in client pitches.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.


Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

  • Experience in business development roles, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven success in co-selling and managing sales through partnerships.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, and other Microsoft solutions preferred.
  • Understanding of generative AI tools, especially Microsoft Copilot.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships within and outside the organization.
  • Technical Understanding: Capable of translating technical language into business value.
  • Negotiation Skills: Knowing when to push, when to pull, and when to find middle ground.
  • Presentation Skills: Capable of pitching to a wide range of audiences, from tech teams to C-suite executives.
