The role:


This opportunity is based in our London office, and reports to our Global Marketing Director. We are looking for someone to come in and take ownership of our creative marketing whist supporting our Marketing Director with other projects.


The role offers a huge amount of autonomy and trust to design and executive a social media strategy as well as using their skills to be in charge of design and development of all branding and graphics needed.


Graphic Design Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality visual designs and videos for both digital and social using existing brand elements and guidelines
  • Design and artwork origination of business literature, marketing and advertising materials, such as sales/team one pagers, presentations and hiring graphics
  • Design graphics/images for intranet and internal comms to include org charts, sales leaderboards, employee engagement


Social Media Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy across the brands
  • Manage and update social media profiles, including Instagram and LinkedIn via Hubspot
  • Create a calendar of social media posts and captions using brand library and newly created content across all platforms and brands in advance for approval
  • Source curated content for approval and scheduling via Hubspot

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Experience in social media management with an eye for trends
  • Proficiency in the creation of posts, stories and Reels
  • Experience in video creation and editing
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
  • Proficiency in video editing software, Capcut
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and a polished finished product
