This trailblazing group of global recruitment brands is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join them at this exciting time. The successful candidate will be a jack of all trades when it comes to Marketing and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

3Search previously placed their Marketing Director, and after a fantastic 18 months- they're now looking for their number 2 to kickstart growth in the team. It's the perfect time to join this company, they have some amazing plans for the next few years.

The Senior Marketing Executive will:

  • Utilise their existing data to improve campaign performance
  • Drive brand awareness and top of the funnel leads
  • Deliver a lead nurture strategy
  • Take their Hubspot use to new heights- creating dashboards and tracking Campaigns more effectively
  • Manage and produce engaging content for social media platforms
  • Assist in Video Production and Content Production- utilising the Adobe Suite
  • Creating short, digestible content pieces off the back of long form reports.
  • Adapt content and brand strategy to different target audiences

Required skills and experience for the Marketing & Operations Executive :

  • 3+ years relevant marketing & industry experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident dealing with key stakeholders on a daily basis.
