  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and strategies with a focus on the customer.
  • Educate customers on the value of our products and services using a multi channel approach.
  • Gain knowledge and understanding of customers and their users to increase subscriptions and renewals.
  • Build a customer community which drives engagement with the brand and value proposition.


Background:


  • Experience in Customer Marketing delivering campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience in B2B tech, SaaS or FinTech would be preferred.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns which drive MQLs.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and touch points.
