Client Location: London - Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)

Salary/Pay Rate: £50 per hour PAYE
Duration: 8 months
Job Description:
Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for managing high-stakes relationships and driving impactful business development strategies? Our client is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to join their team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our broader partner strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner Management:
- Manage relationships with multiple high-stakes partners.
- Drive partner strategy through effective business development agreements.
- Lead account/partner scoping, development, and prospecting decisions.
- Allocate resources, manage account priorities, and own budgetary requirements.
Challenge Resolution:
- Resolve partner issues with innovative solutions.
- Develop new processes to anticipate future challenges.
- Navigate problem implications and proactively identify growth opportunities.
Influence and Collaboration:
- Influence cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to align resources for partner initiatives.
- Develop and maintain rich relationships, acting as a primary contact for partners.
- Guide integration of partner plans with other projects and teams.
Expertise and Business Leadership:
- Act as a subject matter expert for managed partners and industry verticals.
- Track business metrics, build forecasts, and ensure strong brand management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing high-stakes partnerships.
- Prior experience in the telecom, retailer or consumer electronics industries.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
