Salary/Pay Rate: £50 per hour PAYE

Duration: 8 months


Job Description:


Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for managing high-stakes relationships and driving impactful business development strategies? Our client is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to join their team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our broader partner strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partner Management:

  • Manage relationships with multiple high-stakes partners.
  • Drive partner strategy through effective business development agreements.
  • Lead account/partner scoping, development, and prospecting decisions.
  • Allocate resources, manage account priorities, and own budgetary requirements.

Challenge Resolution:

  • Resolve partner issues with innovative solutions.
  • Develop new processes to anticipate future challenges.
  • Navigate problem implications and proactively identify growth opportunities.

Influence and Collaboration:

  • Influence cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to align resources for partner initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain rich relationships, acting as a primary contact for partners.
  • Guide integration of partner plans with other projects and teams.

Expertise and Business Leadership:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for managed partners and industry verticals.
  • Track business metrics, build forecasts, and ensure strong brand management.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing high-stakes partnerships.
  • Prior experience in the telecom, retailer or consumer electronics industries.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
