About the Role:


E.C. Ellis is seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our client's dynamic Strategic Partnerships team. In this role, you'll play a key role in identifying and developing partnerships that drive revenue growth and expand our product offerings. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to analyze market trends, assess potential partners, and structure win-win deals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute partnership strategies, including identifying partnership opportunities, structuring deals, and managing partner relationships.
  • Lead all aspects of deal execution, from identifying targets to closing deals.
  • Collaborate across various teams to ensure alignment on partnership pursuits.
  • Possess strong market knowledge and the ability to identify valuable partnership opportunities.
  • Manage existing partnerships and drive successful launches and growth.
  • Explore and develop new partnerships that enhance our product suite and merchant value.


Qualifications:


  • 7+ years of experience in sales, ideally in business development or relationship management, with a focus on technology or FinTech.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching partnerships with demonstrable business value and revenue impact.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to assess potential partnerships for long-term benefits.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills at all levels.
  • A bias for action and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in the payments industry and knowledge of the payments ecosystem (a plus).
