Our client, a leading tech company, is seeking a dedicated and talented Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to join their team in London. With a focus on driving growth and developing strategic partnerships, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organisation.


As our client's Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with high-stakes partners and driving the broader partner strategy. Your expertise will be essential in identifying, creating, negotiating, and implementing effective business development agreements that achieve successful results.


What you'll do:


Own budgetary requirements and justify technical and business needs to meet project requirements.

Proactively identify opportunities for growth in the ecosystem, including establishing new partnerships and optimising existing ones.

Build strong relationships internally and externally, providing support and guidance to team members and advocating for partners.

Influence cross-functional teams and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other stakeholders to align resources and drive go-to-market strategies.

Act as a subject matter expert for managed partners and industry-related knowledge.

Drive partner engagement and relationship management by tracking business metrics, forecasting, and managing the brand reputation.

Lead end-to-end partner experiences, from contract negotiation to resolving partner issues and advocating on their behalf.

Contribute to the development of the product and partnership strategy by conducting research and collaborating on strategic planning.


What you'll bring:


A consultative approach to understanding stakeholder needs and making recommendations.

Strong contract knowledge and ability to collaborate with attorneys to ensure business needs are reflected in contract language.

Excellent communication skills to engage in customer conversations and utilise questioning techniques effectively.

Knowledge of the customer's organisation, industry, competition, and end-customers to inform decision-making.

Data-driven mindset to analyse and position the value of products, services, and solutions.

Solid industry knowledge and the ability to apply it to strategies and plans.

Negotiation skills to navigate through sales processes and reach mutually agreed outcomes.
