The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Partnerships to join the IJM Group team. This pivotal role will be responsible for identifying, securing, and nurturing commercial partnerships across all IJM brands, including IMJUSTBAIT. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and partnerships, with the ability to strategically align our brand with top-tier companies, media agencies, and organisations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Partnership Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through partnerships across IJM Group's brands.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, agencies, and clients to ensure collaboration and mutual success.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations with prospective partners, ensuring agreements meet both the partner's and IJM Group’s objectives.
  • Market Trends & Insights: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, offering insights that drive innovation and positioning for IJM Group.


Key Qualifications

  • Experience in partnerships within media and digital publishing.
  • A solid commercial network within media, PR or creative agencies.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating large-scale deals and managing multiple partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Passion for culture, digital content, and emerging trends.
