We are seeking an experienced Brand Partnerships Director to spearhead new business development and lead the creation of strategic partnerships with luxury fashion and lifestyle brands. The successful candidate will have excellent industry contacts and a deep understanding of the luxury fashion market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities with leading luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. Build strong, strategic relationships that drive revenue growth and brand collaboration.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop long-term, high-value partnerships with senior decision-makers at luxury brands. Create bespoke solutions that resonate with brand objectives and align with the agency’s creative capabilities.
- Luxury & Fashion Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry, including market trends, influencer marketing, and the evolving digital landscape, to offer strategic input and innovation to brand partners.
- Campaign Development: Work closely with internal teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage the full potential of influencers, creators, and media partnerships. Ensure campaigns deliver measurable success and align with brand goals.
- Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of market trends and emerging opportunities in fashion, digital media, and influencer marketing. Provide thought leadership to brand partners and contribute to the agency’s reputation as an expert in the luxury space.
- Revenue Generation: Consistently drive revenue growth by closing high-value deals. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities to meet or exceed annual targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the luxury fashion, lifestyle, or media sectors. Proven track record of successfully securing high-value partnerships with luxury brands.
- Network: Extensive contacts within the luxury fashion and lifestyle industries. Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with senior brand executives.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to identify revenue opportunities and drive business growth through creative and strategic partnership solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the luxury fashion market, brand positioning, and the unique challenges faced by high-end brands in today’s digital and influencer-driven media landscape.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Creativity & Strategy: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop bespoke partnerships that deliver real value to both the brand and the agency.
