Receptionist for Award-Winning Architecture Practice

A leading architecture and design practice is looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to join their team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced design environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
This award-winning practice specialises in luxury and hospitality projects working with high-profile clients globally. They have a friendly, collaborative culture and offer some great benefits including free lunch
Working alongside the Studio Manager, the receptionist will be responsible for providing front-of-house and administrative support.
Responsibilities Include: -
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Screening calls and taking messages
- Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms
- Booking couriers and taxis
- Managing post collection and distribution
- Ordering office supplies and stationery
- Setting up studio spaces for various activities
- Managing company parking spaces
- Reporting facility issues
- Supporting catering for meetings
- Updating contact lists on the company CRM
- Taking daily registers for health and safety
- Assisting with event planning and delivery
- Providing support to the Studio Manager during busy periods
Key Skills Required: -
- Prior experience in a similar receptionist role
- Experience or a keen interest in architecture and design
- Professional and articulate with an excellent phone manner
- Ability to provide a warm welcome and deliver a high level of service
- Highly organised and efficient
- Positive attitude: flexible, can-do approach, and a calm problem-solver
- Proactive with the ability to handle last-minute changes
- Good knowledge of the MS Office
