About the Role:
As an Architect, you will manage mid-scale or aspects of large-scale architectural projects through all stages of design and development. Your expertise in Computational Design and BIM will be crucial in delivering high-quality, innovative designs. You will collaborate with design teams, manage third-party relationships, and ensure the seamless delivery of projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Expertise: Deliver high-quality design work, showcasing your creative and innovative thinking.
- Project Delivery: Support the preparation of project deliverables and manage third-party collaborations. Deliver work with limited guidance, demonstrating strong technical and design skills.
- Team Membership: Act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and supporting company-wide initiatives.
- Client Relationships: Engage positively with clients and consultants, supporting senior team members in presentations and meetings.
- Budget Control: Develop knowledge of project financials and recognize the importance of budget management.
What We’re Looking For:
- A talented designer with a portfolio that showcases creativity, innovation, and strong technical skills.
- Minimum of two years of international project experience.
- Experience in delivering medium-large scale international projects through all work stages.
- Ability to work collaboratively or autonomously as required.
- Strong communication skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent 3D modeling skills and proficiency in Revit and Rhino.
- Good hand-sketching skills to convey design ideas and concepts.
- Confidence in providing systems solutions through scripts, custom tools, and advanced workflows.
- Proficiency in computer applications commonly used within the discipline, including Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Suite.
- Expertise in Grasshopper and experience with design technology workflows like Parametric Façades, Adaptive Components, Rhino. Inside Revit, Dynamo, Autodesk Forma, Pollination Tools/Climate Studio, and Unreal Engine.
- Degree qualification in a related design field or equivalent certification; professional registration preferred.
