The Opportunity

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on Ecommerce Executive to join our dynamic, fast-paced team at Loto del Sur. This individual will be a key player in driving our digital presence by ensuring the ecommerce platform reflects our brand’s commitment to quality, design, and customer experience. As part of our Ecommerce team, you’ll support the execution of sales-driving initiatives, website optimization, and content management, all while embracing the opportunity to contribute across multiple facets of our digital business.


Key Responsibilities

Merchandising & Content Strategy

  • Own the end-to-end digital content strategy to ensure Loto del Sur’s ecommerce platform is aligned with brand aesthetics and seasonal campaigns.
  • Regularly optimise product listings, landing pages, and homepage merchandising to drive sales and create a seamless user experience that reflects our modern Latin American vision.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create compelling, visually-rich content that speaks to the brand’s refined, artisanal identity.
  • Manage stock visibility on the site, ensuring timely communication with supply and customer service teams to address product availability and customer inquiries.


Website Management & Optimisation

  • Execute and manage promotions and campaigns across all digital channels, ensuring that each one is strategically aligned with overall business goals and optimised for performance.
  • Work closely with tech and creative teams to improve site functionality, test new features, and make quick, hands-on adjustments as needed.
  • Use web analytics and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and apply insights to enhance the customer journey and increase conversions.
  • Contribute to the development of the brand’s digital roadmap, ensuring our website is continuously evolving in line with customer expectations and market trends.


Trade & Analytics

  • Assist with weekly performance reports, analysing key metrics, identifying trends, and recommending strategic actions to improve sales performance.
  • Help define and execute trading plans with innovative and creative ideas, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Stay on top of competitor strategies and ecommerce trends to ensure Loto del Sur remains a leader in its category.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the broader team—designers, marketers, and tech specialists—to execute digital strategies and ensure brand consistency.
  • Support customer service teams by ensuring product information is accurate, handling any issues related to digital sales, and maintaining an optimal user experience.
  • Act as a bridge between creative, technical, and business teams to ensure successful execution of all digital projects.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with website management platforms (e.g., CMS), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and general ecommerce tech.

Analytical & Results-Driven: Ability to analyse performance data, generate insights, and translate those into actionable business strategies.

Passionate About Customer Experience: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing an exceptional online experience that reflects the brand’s values.

Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively

Experience: Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field is highly desirable. Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.

Spanish as a Mother Tongue: Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role, as the brand works closely with Latin American markets and clients.

Experience in Chile and/or Mexico Markets: Familiarity with the ecommerce landscape in Chile or Mexico is a plus, as we continue to expand our presence in these key regions.
