To support our next stage of growth, we are now looking for a talented individual to join the team as an Ecommerce Manager.
The chosen candidate will have responsibility for defining, developing and implementing our ecommerce strategy and will work closely with the Head of Growth as a part of the wider marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the website using Shopify, including the set up and management of all products across international markets, ensuring all pages are kept up to date with correct copy, translations, images, pricing and following SEO best practices.
- Oversee subscription management solution using Recharge covering subscription workflows, cancellation flow, bulk updates & the account management portal
- Determine, plan and manage merchandising, copy, product collections and setting appropriate stock for new product launches.
- Planning and executing on site promotions, managing the discounting and pricing strategy.
- Manage web development workflow, prioritise bug fixes, site optimization and new web features and liaise with CX, brand, growth & operations on website needs.
- Monitor website performance and optimise customer journeys, utilise data and analytics to identify trends and insights, to enhance performance (CVR, AOV, engagement).
- Working closely with growth team to identify opportunities to drive new customer acquisition
- Build and test landing pages for product launches, marketing channels, pricing tests and customer cohorts to increase conversion rates
- Reporting on and staying up to date with competitors products, pricing and marketing analysis to ensure we remain competitive.
Who you are
- 2-3 years experience working as an ecommerce executive at a D2C brand
- Data is your friend – you find it easy to use insights to back-up your instincts.
- You’ll be comfortable working as a one-man-band or playing your part in a team.
- Getting stuck into platforms and processes with a focus on automation and optimisation is important to you.
- You’re a professional plate juggler (though perhaps not literally) – having multiple projects on-the-go is the kind of thing that gets you out of bed in the morning.
- You have experience across influencer marketing tools such as Saral and Archive also confident with Google Sheets and Google Analytics.

Salary: Depending on experience
Days/Week: 5 days per week (2 days in the office) and flex time
Probationary Period: 3 month
Regular team socials, breakfasts & lunches
Work from anywhere August each year
Holiday: 25 plus holiday, training days, mental health and charity days, flexible working.
