3Search are working with a growing and exciting founder led entrepreneurial consumer goods brand to find an experienced Head of Amazon and Ecommerce.
- Salary Range: DOE - there's a super competitive and generous package on offer to attract the best possible person for the role
- Location: Central London 2-3 days a week
This pivotal role has arisen due to both company growth in the UK and bold expansion into new markets. Following significant investment they're looking to take their Amazon and ecommerce function in house and look for more penetration into Global Markets (US and EU as a priority). This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to be at the forefront of digital innovation, developing cutting-edge e-commerce strategies for both Amazon and direct-to-consumer platforms.
The Head of Amazon and Ecommerce will work closely with our client’s in-house team and external partners to craft and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy. The role requires a data-driven approach to optimise performance, improve user experience, and achieve ambitious revenue goals.
Role Highlights:
The Head of Amazon and Ecommerce will:
- Spearhead e-commerce media strategies across Amazon, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Oversee budget planning and performance metrics to drive revenue goals.
- Utilise analytical tools to refine traffic channels and enhance conversion rates.
- Lead collaborative efforts across marketing and product management to support growth.
- Work directly with technology partners to ensure smooth site functionality and resolve technical issues.
Essential Skills:
The Head of Amazon and Ecommerce should bring:
- A wealth of Amazon Ecosystem knowledge and experience. Being obessessed about developing the business and growing a profitable multi-territority, multi-channel ecommerce business with Amazon at the forefront.
- An understanding of how Amazon and Eretail channels can compliment and drive D2C activity - a true ecosystem and cohesive and robust strategy.
- An incredibly commercial mindset, someone who can think in both terms of short and long term wins, leveraging situations and opportunities for the best possible long term outcome.
- Experience of leading paid search on Amazon, and being able to execute tactical day to day tasks as well as set out Amazon and Ecommerce Strategy.
- An ability to be an individual contributor from day one (at a senior level) with an eye on building a supporting team as the business and accounts grwo.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a commitment to driving growth in diverse markets.
