Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring the company's growth and profitability.
  • Lead and direct the Associate Directors, fostering an environment of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the Co-Founders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee the sales progression and after-sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align wider strategies.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions and recommended marketing.
  • Participate in key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and forge strategic partnerships.
  • Implement sales training programs to enhance the team's skills and performance.
  • Develop accurate budgets and forecasts to guide business planning and resource allocation.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Establish and adjust pricing strategies to maximize profitability and remain competitive.
  • Lead negotiations with key clients and partners to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Design and implement programs to motivate and reward the sales team.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for sales operations.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Track key performance indicator reports on Salesforce to monitor sales and initiatives.


Requirements of the role:

  • Experience using Salesforce (highly desirable) OR proficiency in other CRM software tools.
  • Analytical mind and ability to create, present and provide accurate reporting data.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar high leadership role within the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating teams across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market and current trends.
  • Willingness to travel between London, Leeds, and Manchester.

Salary Budgets: £85,000 Basic, £125,000 OTE


Required Working Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
