We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Director to drive growth and innovation in the UK market. This role puts you at the forefront of cutting-edge technology solutions designed to transform the way data centers are managed. You’ll be responsible for shaping the sales strategy, developing new business, and building key partnerships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead with vision: Identify, generate, and manage new sales opportunities by building strong client relationships and developing strategic partnerships.
- Drive the sales strategy: Leverage your knowledge of data center infrastructure management (DCIM) to execute targeted sales plans that align with business goals and market opportunities.
- Channel management: Build and grow third-party partnerships, working with consultants, agents, resellers, and partners to maximize outreach and engagement.
- Foster client relationships: Cultivate meaningful connections with new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing: Partner closely with marketing to enhance outreach efforts and boost brand visibility in the data center ecosystem.
- Present with confidence: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, delivering impactful presentations and product demos.
What We’re Looking For:
- Industry expertise: Experience selling into end users within the data center space - from colocation to hyperscalers. Software sales experience such as EMS, EPMS, or CFD would be desirable.
- Proven success: A track record of generating new business, building key accounts, and driving revenue growth in the data center or related industries.
- Leadership skills: Ability to execute a strategic vision, lead initiatives, and manage relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
- Exceptional communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and present complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
- Independence and drive: Ability to work autonomously and handle pre-sales activities, and product demos responses.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (Engineering, Science, Software, IT)
- MBA is an advantage, but not essential.
