Are you a Sales Director within the Flex Office / Serviced Office / Commercial Property sector who is seeking to make a real splash in a new role.


We are partnered exclusively with our luxury serviced office provider in London, a highly competitive market. Our search is for a successful 'Area Sales Director' roles which is a critical role that will have significant impact in assisting the business to achieve their objectives. The Area Sales Director is a strategic role that carries impact and significant responsibility.


You'll be a successful and motivated individual who has personal gravitas and someone who is both a leader and mentor. The most important facet of the role is to

*own the sales agenda,

*continually improve the business value proposition,

*be a key influencer with clients and intermediaries,

*be a mentor to all colleagues.


Key deliverables:

1) Deliver Sales Targets of your team who are selling luxury corporate office space across London

2) Manage and improve Key Accounts

3) Manage sales channels profitably and effectively across area of responsibility

4) Lead and mentor all colleagues responsible for selling selling luxury corporate office space across London

5)Commercial awareness and competitor analysis


Essential experience of the Area Sales Manager:

- Demonstrable experience of operating at a strategic business level

- Minimum 7 years working in sales / commercially focussed roles

- Experience of working with the Flexible Workspace sector

-Experience of working with Office Space Brokers would be highly desirable

- Can demonstrate the development and nurturing of strategic level relationships with associated customers and suppliers.

- Demonstrable experience of negotiating sophisticated sales contracts In excess 25+ workstations with enterprise level clients.

- Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience of Key account management with enterprise level customers and can demonstrate a multi discipline approach to relationship management.

- Has previously taken ownership of broker relationships at a strategic level including the selection and de-selection of appropriate brokers and creation of reward strategies to drive outcomes.
