Sales Lead Opportunity – Scale from £1m to £10m ARR

Are you a growth-driven sales leader ready to make your mark? Join this purpose-led SaaS start-up tackling real challenges in the UK Care Sector and in the wider UK employment sector. Backed by top-tier investors, they’ve grown to a 25-strong team in just one year. Now, they need you to take the reins of their sales function, leading from the front and driving growth to new heights.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and accelerate the GTM strategy, focusing on the UK Care Sector before expanding into multiple new sectors.
  • Build scalable sales processes and explore new verticals.
  • Lead a team of four (and growing) while staying hands-on in sales.
