Onboarding Coordinator

We are looking for a talented and friendly Onboarding Coordinator to be part of our Operations team. Your responsibilities will consist of:
- Manage the comprehensive onboarding process for all contractors, coordinating with various internal departments and liaising with external hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Monitor progress during the onboarding process and provide support as needed
- Gather feedback from contractors to continuously improve the onboarding process
- Maintain a highly organised and well-managed shared onboarding inbox
- Timesheet system support contact for contractors and timesheet approvers
- Executing data management and processing with exceptional accuracy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across systems and SharePoint
- Support existing contractors with new/revised contracts and queries, following escalations processes as appropriate
- Be a main point of contact for clients, assisting with queries and providing guidance
- Managing and obtaining the necessary client approval for new contractors
- Chasing client Purchase Orders (PO’s) to ensure timely onboarding
- Assist Onboarding Manager with project work & reporting as required
- Ad hoc duties as required
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us:
- A self-starter who can work independently
- Can adhere to deadlines, prioritise and manage own work
- Highly PC literate & skilled with all Microsoft Office Based applications including: Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Experience with a CRM and timesheet system would be advantageous
- High attention to detail, organised and self-disciplined
