About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at eflow Global, you will play a crucial role in identifying and creating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting. This position is vital to our growth strategy and involves close collaboration with our marketing and sales teams to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through outbound prospecting activities.
  • Conduct research to understand client needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to develop tailored outreach strategies.
  • Engage with key decision-makers in target organizations to introduce our SaaS solutions and generate interest.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, and support) to refine our value proposition, ensuring it resonates with target clients and differentiates us from competitors.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the Account Executives to take forward.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in SaaS sales, sharing insights with the wider team to drive ongoing improvement.


Required Skills:

A degree is desirable but not essential.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity targets.

Understanding of the SaaS or similar sales process, including lead generation and pipeline management.

Excellent communication skills.

Highly motivated, high energy, self-starter attitude with a strong desire to drive growth and achieve results.

Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.


Preferred Skills:

Some experience or interest within Capital Markets or Regulatory Compliance is preferred but not required.
