Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive the performance of both new business development and account management teams, focused on selling data and research solutions to investment management clients worldwide.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the organization’s growth objectives, ensuring revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key buy-side clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them leverage research and data to make informed investment decisions.
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals across various markets, fostering a high-performance culture and providing coaching to support individual and team development.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in leading sales teams within financial data, research, or SaaS industries, with a successful track record of selling to buy-side institutions.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing both new business and account management functions.
  • Exceptional understanding of financial data and research products and their application for investment management clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
