Head of International Sales

A super exciting opportunity to work for an ambitious, category leading SME food & drink brand as their Head of International Sales


The business has grown significantly in the last 3 years enjoying double digit growth with a host of NPD being launched in ambient and frozen categories. The consumer trends are showing there is equal or growing demand for such products globally and hence have launched into countries partnering with retailer and distributors accordingly. They expect the growth to be significant and have split the business into UK and International so this role will head up a major growth business unit working cross functionally with marketing / NPD / Category teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Roll out launch into France, Luxemburg, Netherlands and Ireland
  • Create long term business plan to build business quickly to £10m +
  • Partner with retailers such as Carrefour, Monoprix, Albert Hein amongst others and develop and manage distributor relationships in each country / region.
  • Work cross functionally and strategically with internal teams to identify new regions of growth and support relevant launches.


Requirements:

  • Significant experience in working with FMCG products in international markets.
  • Growth mindset - being ambitious and ready to grow the division
  • Ability to develop long term business plans, take full P&L ownership
  • Excellent relationship management / relationship skills driving cross functional working
