Head of Sales - SW London-Based (Hybrid working)
Up to £75,000 Base + Bonus Scheme + Equity Options
Anderson Cole Group are partnering with Mixtons, a fast-growing Ready-to-Drink (RTD) cocktail brand that’s disrupting the industry. As the company continues its mission to become a leader in the RTD market, we’re looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead their sales function from the ground up. This is an incredible opportunity to play a pivotal role in the company’s growth and success.
What’s the Role?
As Head of Sales, you will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth across both off-trade and on-trade channels. Reporting directly to the co-founders, you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth across off-trade and on-trade channels
- Securing listings with major grocery retailers, with a target to secure a key listing by 2025
- Building and scaling the sales team, creating a strong foundation for future growth
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales objectives
- Direct input into New Product Development (NPD), using market feedback and trends
- Exploring new markets and international export opportunities
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Mixtons’ values and challenger mindset
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that will require you to get involved in every aspect of sales and lead from the front.

Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate will be a self-driven, entrepreneurial sales leader with:
- 5-7 years of sales experience in FMCG, ideally with experience in the alcohol sector
- Proven track record of securing listings and driving revenue growth with major grocery retailers
- Experience in both corporate and challenger brands (2-3 years in each)
- Strong leadership, relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and scale a sales department from the ground up
- Hands-on, results-focused approach with strong commercial acumen
