Human Resources Business Partner

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join their team. This is a strategic role that will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive people-centric initiatives that support business growth and enhance organisational performance. The successful candidate will be proactive in developing HR solutions, driving change, and promoting a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Provide guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering HR support and insights to business leaders and line managers across all HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Lead HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and organisational culture.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to enhance business outcomes.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing advice on disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with legal requirements.
- Oversee recruitment strategies, ensuring that the business attracts and retains top talent.
- Support the development and implementation of learning and development programs to foster employee growth and career progression.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring that the business promotes a fair and inclusive work environment.
- Stay current with employment legislation and best HR practices, ensuring compliance and advising on policy updates.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to line managers to build HR capability across the business.
- Utilise iTrent HR software to manage employee data, processes, and reporting efficiently, ensuring system accuracy and compliance.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior Adviser, or HR Generalist role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in driving organisational change and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in the use of iTrent HR software, with hands-on experience in managing HR systems and data.
- At least Level 5 CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is required.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic and solution-focused approach.
- A proactive, resilient, and adaptable attitude, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment.
Desirable Skills :
- Experience using iTrent.
- Knowledge of additional HR software systems.
- Previous experience in managing or developing HR teams.
