Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnered with one of the worlds' most successful Wealth Management organisations on the growth of their HR Business Partnering team the ground in London.


This role works incredibly closely with the wider HR team and senior management to support the delivery of the strategic people agenda. You'll lead on organisational development, design, change management and the full employee lifecycle support. This role focuses on effective interventions with a clear balance of both operational and strategic work.


Supporting their corporate functions client group of circa 400 individuals; with line management responsibilities of a HR Business Partner beneath.


Responsibilities:


  • To work collaboratively and commercially as an integral part of business area management teams, influencing the development and delivery of the people strategy in support of the achievement of the overall business objectives.
  • Manages relationships and expectations to provide proactive, commercially sound insights and flexible solutions to address HR challenges across the organisation.
  • Advise and coach managers through a range of employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, and capability matters.
  • To support the effective implementation of change management initiatives, including medium to large acquisitions and business transformation projects, minimising ER impacts.
  • Understands and applies the company’s approach to compensation; manages the compensation review and benchmarking activities for their business area
  • Create and contribute to Policy and Process development to ensure HR processes and practices are fully compliant with legal and regulatory frameworks.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience working in a mid-sized Financial Services organisation as a Senior HR Business Partner (10+ years).
  • Expertise leading on change management, organisational design and development.
  • Clear understanding of UK employment law and experience resolving complex people related issues.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen in order to assess risk and opportunities for the organisation
