Senior Human Resources Business Partner

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's human resources strategy and operations. With a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and UK employment law, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication on HR programmes.
The ideal candidate will possess deep HR expertise and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role will be based in our London offices and require in-office attendance Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including private healthcare, private dental, and a double matching pension policy. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent HR projects and programs.
- Define HR programme objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for HR initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication on HR programmes.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact HR programme delivery.
