About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner Lead to partner with stakeholders and develop people strategies that support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in interim HR BP roles, gained in technology or telecoms businesses.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, influence at a senior level, and work across the generalist HR lifecycle. They will also be responsible for managing change, culture, and engagement projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global tech business as an Interim HR Strategic Advisor, offering a competitive rate of pay and the chance to work in a hybrid manner from the London office for 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives

  • Partner with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
