Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Support for Key Accounts at Reach Food Group. As a Sales Support, you will be responsible for supporting our Business Development Team by entering orders on our custom order system, communicating with clients, and handling customer inquiries and issues. You will also assist with sales reporting, and other administrative duties as they arise.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a sales support or administrative support role in the food service industry preferred
  • Experience with food service or related industry a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
