N25 Caviar (encompassing second brand Umai Caviar) is currently distributed in EU, UK, Singapore, Japan, Thailand, Dubai, Australia, Switzerland, and USA. Within European Union and UK markets, sales are driven by internal team of N25 employees and all orders fulfilled through direct distribution.


Role:

The role includes business development in sales, marketing and brand promotion, and ambassador of brand. Main focus is to growing the European market further, maximizing potential in existing markets and developing new markets. This would include building teams (incl. recruitment) for new markets or expanding those of current ones. Recruitment of new staff and training of existing team members will be part of the role. Setting targets and monitoring the sales teams. Develop strategies and activations for sales/marketing to increase brand awareness. A future growth segment is B2C, while maintaining B2B. Strategize how to enter the private client market, organize events with our marketing team, promote the brand at these events or suitable occasions.
