About the role:

This rapidly expanding restaurant group is looking for a People and Culture Partner to join their team and contribute to creating an exceptional work environment. In this role, you will be essential in overseeing HR functions across all our locations. This position is highly administrative, with a strong focus on data management and HR processes. You will independently manage employee relations (ER) cases, including conducting investigations and leading termination meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy in HR reporting, employee records, and compliance tracking.
  • Confidently manage ER cases.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
  • Execute HR strategies aligned with company goals, managing priorities and deadlines.
  • Maintain up-to-date, compliant HR practices.
  • Foster a positive workplace through engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification required.
  • Proven HR experience with a strong focus on data management.
  • Ability to handle ER cases independently.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Calm and efficient decision-making.
