  • Create engaging employer branding content for our careers page, job boards, and social media to highlight our culture and working environment.
  • Enhance our culture and promote unity by organizing social events and in-person activities.
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are set up for success, including preparing contracts and collaborating with hiring managers on initial plans for new team members.

This position is ideal for you if:

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment and want to play a direct role in our organizational scaling.
  • You are comfortable with change and embrace uncertainty; no two days are alike.
  • You enjoy challenges: Perlego is a place where we encourage each other to push boundaries with care. If you prefer a routine, this may not be the right fit.
  • You are eager to enhance your Talent Acquisition skills and explore new areas; every day is an opportunity for learning.
