Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock, overseeing the warehouse, building event stands, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. This role requires hands-on involvement and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and coordinate events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
  • Manage stock levels, ensuring that all event supplies and products are adequately maintained.
  • Oversee the warehouse, including inventory management and organization.
  • Build and set up event stands, ensuring they are visually appealing and functional.

  • Handle on-site issues and troubleshoot any problems that arise during events.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all events.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with stock management and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in building and setting up event stands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various event locations.
