Proposals: Creating detailed proposals for the event
Vendor management: Hiring contractors, caterers, and equipment, and working with suppliers to deliver different elements of the event
Marketing and promotion: Liaising with marketing and PR colleagues to promote the event, and selling sponsorship, stand, or exhibition space
Production & Sales : Organizing the production of tickets, posters, catalogues, and sales brochures, and creating a brand for the event with clients and designers. Oversee all the sales of the tickets to past and new attendees.
On-site coordination: Ensuring there are facilities for first aid, and coordinating the event on-site
Evaluation: Conducting post-event evaluation and reporting
