  • Ensure events run smoothly and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Team Collaboration:

  • Work with the finance team to manage budgets and ensure profitability.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff and event coordinators.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and event management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing a variety of events from inception to completion.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and event management tools.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
