We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce and Sales Director with a visionary approach to lead and optimize their e-commerce strategy, driving significant sales growth across multiple channels.


The new joiner will work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to align e-commerce and sales strategies with overall business objectives.


The new joiner should be able to travel to Birmingham on a daily basis even if remote work would be occasionally possible.


RESPONSABILITIES


E-Commerce Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals to drive online sales growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and consumer trends to enhance the company's online presence.


Sales Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets across various channels.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to maximize revenue and market share.


Digital Marketing and Customer Acquisition:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media initiatives.
  • Utilize analytics to optimize customer acquisition efforts and improve conversion rates.


E-Commerce Platform Management:

  • Oversee the management and optimization of the company's e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximum conversion rates.


Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Utilize CRM tools and strategies to manage customer relationships, analyze data, and drive customer retention and loyalty.
  • Develop personalized marketing and promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement.


Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data trends, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making.


Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and e-commerce team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to support their professional growth.


QUALIFICATIONS


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in e-commerce management, sales leadership, or a related field.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
