We are currently searching for a talented Bid Manager to join an internationally renowned, award-winning multi-disciplinary studio based in London, specializing in large-scale complex developments. With a strong commitment to innovation, economic, social, and environmental responsibility, this studio seeks a Bid Manager who shares these values and is ready to contribute to the future of architecture.


Key Responsibilities

  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • A degree or equivalent years of industry experience
  • Previous experience in the architectural industry (highly preferable)
  • Demonstrated skills and knowledge in tender submissions and proposals, procurement regulations, and contract management principles
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet multiple deadlines
  • Experience in project and initiative management with good business and numeracy sense
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and Creative Suite software, particularly InDesign
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and remain self-motivated under pressure
