We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for the position of Bid Coordinator. This is a key role where you'll coordinate the development of bid responses, structure content, and ensure timely submissions in line with tender processes. You'll work closely with senior estimators, directors, and the pre-contract team to produce high-quality proposals and contribute to the company's marketing communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Management: Coordinate the bid submission process and create compelling proposals.
- Content Development: Proofread, format, and structure content for maximum impact.
- Collaboration: Work with the wider bid team to refine and improve processes.
- Marketing Support: Assist with internal and external communications, event management, and maintaining the company’s online presence.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
