Scope:


  • Report to VP Sales
  • Responsible for the Acquisition, Activation, Productivity & Satisfaction of all partners.
  • Create and execute on a quarterly roadmap. The job is equal parts strategic and tactical.
  • Represent Metomic at relevant industry events.
  • Build the operational processes, rules of engagement & partner programmes from scratch.
  • Work hand in hand with RevOps, Sales, SDRs and Marketing to build a productive, streamlined channel play.
  • Represent the partners voice internally and influence product roadmap from insights from the field.
  • Role is based in Shoreditch (3/4 days per week).


Core Activities:


  • Sourcing & contacting potential partnerships via Cold Calling, Emailing, Events & Referrals.
  • Nurturing existing partnerships and form new relationships to build co-beneficial outcomes for Metomic and our Partners.
  • Reporting on and influencing pipeline generated from partners by working hand in hand with Account Executives & VP Sales.
  • Demonstrating Metomic’s product & ongoing enablement on partners.
  • Creating collateral alongside Marketing team as needed for the partner lifecycle.
  • Organising/hosting/attending events, representing Metomic within the cyber community.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements with partners.


Desired Experience:


  • [Required] 5+ Years in commercial software roles (AE/SDR/CSM/SPM etc) with the last 3+ Years in a cyber-security (or related field) partnerships role, focusing on mid-market / enterprise in the UK.
  • [Required] Track record of constantly over-exceeding targets.
  • [Required] Sales hunter at heart, with no problems picking up the phone to make things happen.
  • [Required] Demonstrated experience in building successful partnerships from acquisition through to activation and on to maturity.
  • [Desirable] experience in Series A-B company stage.
  • [Desirable] experience building partnership roadmaps and scaling channel activities.
  • [Desirable] experience with working with Partners in EMEA / North America.
  • [Beneficial] experience with DLP / DSPM / similar technologies.
  • [Beneficial] experience working with tech alliance partners alongside Channel / VARs / Distributors.
