We are recruiting a Hotel Manager for recently refurbished 4* Blackwell Grange Hotel in Darlington.
Ideal candidate will have minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role. The Hotel has beautifully appointed guestrooms, busy Food and Beverage Outlets with unique Wedding and Conferencing facilities.
Requirements for the role:* At least 2 years previous experience as a Senior Manager in a 4 star property.* 3rd Level Qualification in Hospitality Management.* Proven indepth experience and knowledge of all Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage. Rooms Division, Sales, IT Systems, sustainability, Human Resources etc.* Extensive experience in efficiently managing a busy Management and HOD team.* Experience in the Leisure, Conference & Events market is preferred.* Strong knowledge of Hotel finance background, F&B / rooms budgeting and yield management needed.* Role will suit a "Driven" style Manager, a creative & ideas person with excellent communication skills.*Lead a team to set a standard for customer service and ensure satisfaction.
