Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the seamless operation of the food & beverage department, ensuring the highest standards of guest service.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and comfort, promptly addressing inquiries and requests.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, executing them with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Contribute to departmental goals and objectives, helping to achieve hotel initiatives and targets.
  • Work closely with supervisors to manage costs and inventory, maintaining productivity and performance standards.
  • Foster positive working relationships while upholding the company’s culture and values.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, maintaining due diligence and best practices for audits.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food & beverage service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to tackle challenges.
  • A dedication to delivering outstanding guest service and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to devise creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned duties.
  • Personal integrity and a commitment to excellence in a demanding environment.
  • Familiarity with IT systems across various platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills.
