• Facilitate the seamless operation of the food & beverage department, ensuring all aspects of guest service are executed to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Take ownership of assigned duties, executing tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to departmental goals and objectives, ensuring hotel initiatives are met.
• Work closely with your supervisor to manage costs and inventory, achieving productivity and performance targets.
• Foster effective working relationships while promoting the company’s culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, maintaining thorough documentation for audits and follow-ups.

• Previous experience in food & beverage service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A proactive approach with a positive work ethic.
