Gulf Central Merchant Bank (GCMB) is seeking an entrepreneurial **Senior Deal Origination Specialist** to join our London-based team, with the option for remote working. **Key Responsibilities:**


- Source and manage relationships with external portfolio managers, funds, corporates, and intermediaries across the EMEA region.

- Work on a reverse enquiry basis, collaborating with external funds and inhouse portfolio managers to source and structure attractive deals.

- Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to generate deal flow and pitch potential buyers.

- Identify and align investors with our clients' specific objectives, ensuring a strategic fit.

- Oversee the entire deal lifecycle, from screening and transaction structuring to due diligence, negotiation, and successful execution.

- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient deal process.

- Leverage GCMB’s reputation and vast network to cultivate new relationships with investors, positioning the bank as a credible and trusted investment partner.
