This is a newly created role leading on all their Technology Campus recruitment across EMEA; with a focus on graduates, interns and technologists up to 3 YoE. This role partners on the development of graduates and interns into their high-performing Technology teams. The role works closely with senior stakeholders, external agencies, and universities. You'll have autonomy, run with workshops, and partner with leadership.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead on Technology Campus recruitment across EMEA; acting as the main point of contact, establishing and maintaining close relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Assessing the hiring needs of the Technology teams and developing job descriptions and specifications accordingly.
  • Designing and implementing recruitment strategies such as events and social media campaigns.
  • Organising, planning and executing campus recruitment events.
  • Partner effectively with the business to ensure healthy candidate pipeline and progress candidates through interview cycles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Researching hiring trends and compiling recruitment reports and presentations.
  • Sourcing talented candidates through a variety of means including events, advertising, and databases.
  • Maintaining relationships with universities, student organisations, and recruitment networks.


Requirements:


  • Proficient experience recruiting into campus with proven expertise across Technology positions.
  • A track-record working in Financial Services; ideally a Hedge Fund or Investment Manager.
  • The ability to be dynamic, forward-thinking and develop change, with strong communication and collaboration skills
