The HR Business Partner role is responsible for providing a proactive, strategic, effective and professional HR service to your key stakeholders whilst providing advice on employee relations matters where your strong coaching style will assist you with building and maintaining strong relationships.


Your interest in employee engagement will support you with ensuring their DE&I and wellbeing roadmap are implemented in their King’s Lynn operation.


My client is part of one of the largest manufacturing conglomerates in the World and as such this role will open up a range of opportunities and knowledge building for the successful HRBP candidate of this forward thinking business.


The HR Business Partner will be responsible for building Community and Early career plans, ensuring your operation in King’s Lynn is seen to be an employer of choice in the local area.


You will be supported by a central recruitment team who will lead on attraction activity, but you will be responsible for advising on your succession plan, skills and knowledge gaps.


We are looking for an HR professional who has bags of energy, resilience and will relish a varied, challenging and busy workload with the opportunity to support the VP of HR and other Senior HR Managers with HR projects across the UK.


Ideally you will already be CIPD qualified and have some experience working in a manufacturing / FMCG environment.


A valid driving license is essential as travelling in the role to HR meetings, Conference, events, training, other meetings and audits is a requirement.
