About this role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Medical Workforce team as a Capital Finance Business Partner.



  • Working with NHS Medical Staff in an operational capacity.
  • Collaborating with the team to optimise Medical Staffing within the NHS.
  • Providing a calm and reassuring service to patients and stakeholders.

Main responsibilities


As a Capital Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for:



  • Facilitating Medical Staffing and building integral relationships with doctors and dentists.
  • Preparing complex reports and maintaining consistency of workflows for the Medical Workforce team.
  • Developing and implementing effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Education to a Degree level in the relevant field of expertise or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to use other systems.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
