Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Medical Workforce team as a Capital Finance Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real impact on the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

As a Capital Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for working closely with our medical staff to facilitate medical staffing and build integral relationships with doctors and dentists on employment-related matters. You will have the opportunity to work on your own initiative, creatively drawing upon your experience to understand contractual employment matters and interpret effective outputs via systems administration.

Your workload will include preparation of complex reports, while also maintaining consistency of workflows for the Medical Workforce team. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise, and strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to use other systems as required.

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, a calm and methodical style of working, and a team player and self-motivator. You will also need to have a flexible and pragmatic approach to work, with the ability to deal with all issues sensitively and in a highly confidential manner.
