About the Job:

Next Geosolutions is looking for an experienced Tender Manager to lead and manage our tender process from start to finish, working closely with our Commercial Manager. This role is vital for coordinating all commercial, technical, and contractual elements of proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and Next Geosolutions.


In this role, you’ll drive the preparation and submission of high-impact tenders for marine surveying, geophysical, geotechnical, environmental, and UXO surveys, as well as offshore construction support. You’ll be the main client contact throughout the tender lifecycle, managing every detail with the expertise required for high-stakes projects.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Managing Complex Tenders: Lead the tender process, focusing on strategic opportunities and managing risks.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met throughout the tender lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to develop technical solutions, execution strategies, and budgeting.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure detailed documentation and compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality standards, supporting seamless handover to project teams.
  • Negotiation and Contract Finalization: Lead client meetings for tender clarifications and negotiations, ensuring accurate reflection in the final contract.
  • Business Development: Participate in industry events and support business development efforts to strengthen client relationships.


What You Will Bring:

  • Qualifications and Experience: 2+ years’ experience managing large-scale tenders, ideally within offshore renewables or marine surveying.
  • Commercial and Contractual Knowledge: Strong commercial and contractual orientation with a focus on effective risk management.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams, maintaining high performance and collaboration.
  • Commitment to Quality: A proactive commitment to uphold Next Geosolutions’ standards of Health, Safety, and Quality.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent English communication skills with cultural awareness for collaborating across regions.
