About the Role:

Next Geosolutions is seeking an experienced Tender Manager to oversee our tender process, working closely with our Commercial Manager.

This critical position involves coordinating commercial, technical, and contractual elements of proposals to ensure alignment with client needs and Next Geosolutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive preparation and submission of high-impact tenders for marine surveying, geophysical, geotechnical, environmental, and UXO surveys, as well as offshore construction support.
  • Manage every detail throughout the tender lifecycle, serving as the main client contact.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions, execution strategies, and budgeting.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience managing large-scale tenders, ideally in offshore renewables or marine surveying.
  • Strong commercial and contractual orientation with a focus on effective risk management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to maintain high performance and collaboration.
  • A commitment to upholding Next Geosolutions' standards of Health, Safety, and Quality.
